Section 1

General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and th777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the th777 website at https://th777.today and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing th777, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of this platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or terms applicable to specific games or promotions as published on the platform from time to time.

th777 reserves the absolute right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of th777 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. By registering an account on th777, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. th777 takes its age verification obligations seriously and enforces strict Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all accounts before any withdrawal is processed.

In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to register and use th777 you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout the use of this platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

• You must have full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

th777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable identity documents for players in Bangladesh include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided within a reasonable time following a request, th777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account concerned.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full features of th777 — including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the th777 platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and registered Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all account information and must update your details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account password or OTP codes with any other person, including th777 support staff, who will never ask for your password.
• You must notify th777 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected].
• th777 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to safeguard their credentials.
• Accounts are for personal use only; using another person's account or allowing others to use your account is prohibited.
• th777 reserves the right to decline any registration request without providing a reason.

th777 may perform background checks, identity verifications, and credit-risk assessments at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide the requested documents within the timeframe specified in the verification request.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

th777 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the th777 platform:

All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. th777 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from another person's payment account, is a violation of these Terms and anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Prior to any withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC identity verification. th777 aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 24 hours of request approval. Withdrawals are subject to any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. Funds originating from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering conditions have been met in full.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your th777 account.
• th777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.
• Deposits are non-refundable once wagers have been placed with deposited funds.
• th777 is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, banking systems, or circumstances outside our direct control.
• Any fees charged by payment providers for deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the player.
• th777 does not charge platform-level withdrawal fees under normal circumstances.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

th777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, validity periods, and game contribution percentages that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus on th777, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus in addition to these general Terms.

General rules that apply to all bonuses and promotions on th777 unless explicitly stated otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible players in Bangladesh only and may not be claimed from restricted jurisdictions.
2. Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
3. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus terms. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
4. th777 reserves the right to amend, cancel, or replace any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions may be withdrawn without notice in cases of suspected abuse.
5. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds deposited into an account with an active bonus may be subject to the wagering requirement of that bonus before withdrawal.
6. th777 reserves the right to void any winnings and close any account where bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or fraud is suspected in connection with promotional activity.
7. Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladeshi events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL fixtures, or the T20 World Cup are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of each promotion.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on th777 is conducted subject to the specific rules of each bet type, game, or market as displayed within the platform. The rules below apply universally across all betting and gaming activity on th777. Game-specific rules for individual slots, live casino tables, and specialty games are accessible within the game interface itself.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. th777 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet under normal circumstances.
• th777 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed at odds or stakes that are clearly erroneous due to technical malfunction, data feed error, or operator input error.
• In live sports betting, the displayed odds are subject to real-time changes. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. th777 does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Disconnections during a game session are handled according to the game provider's individual disconnection policy. th777 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.

• Winnings credited to your account following a game or bet settlement are subject to verification before withdrawal. th777 reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation in cases of suspected fraud or technical error.

Bet settlement is always based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant sporting authority.

Section 7

User Obligations

As a registered player on th777, you agree to use the platform responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to every registered user of th777 without exception:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information at all times — during registration, KYC verification, and any communication with support.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or the facilitation of any criminal activity.

• You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the th777 platform, its servers, databases, or associated infrastructure in any way.
• You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the th777 platform — including game content, odds data, or promotional materials — without express written authorisation from th777.
• You must use th777 for personal entertainment only and not for commercial, professional, or syndicated betting operations.
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings received through the th777 platform in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

th777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is under 18 years of age or is otherwise ineligible to use the platform under these Terms.
• The player's account shows evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion with other players.
• The account has been used in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• th777 is required to close the account to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or court order.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools or via a support request.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting th777 support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered payment account following identity verification. Account closures requested for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) are processed with immediate effect.

th777 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of an account suspension or closure carried out in good faith under these Terms. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violation, th777 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account following due investigation, without prejudice to any legal remedies available.
